The working temperature of the high-temperature flue gas zirconia probe is generally higher than 650 degrees. In order to keep the working temperature constant, a K thermocouple is used to measure the working temperature of the battery, and the heating voltage of the heater is regulated by the temperature controller in the oxygen analyzer. Therefore, the zirconia probe requires a self heating device to ensure that the temperature is not less than 700 degrees C, thus obtaining a constant potential signal. Only when the zirconia probe reaches its working temperature, its output signal can truly reflect the oxygen content of the gas, and the output of the zirconia probe is random signal, which does not mean any meaning.
